After almost 60 years of supporting NDIS participants, we’re confident you’ll find something you’ll love within our core offering, but your journey with us is yours to create.

My Life, My Future is all about the transition to young adulthood. With three pathways to choose from, cape is ready to meet you where you’re at.

In Foundations we’ll support you to cope with the changes that come with leaving school, build a new community, and discover your interests and goals in an inclusive environment.

Our Core and Year Two pathways focus more on employability skills building and coaching, work experience, and supporting you to get a job.

Whichever pathway you choose, you’ll build your independent living skills, increase your confidence, make new friends, and have heaps of fun.
